  • Lead Producer

    We are looking for an experienced Lead Producer who will be working in close collaboration with Development studios, colleagues from Production, Marketing and Publishing departments.

    Responsibilities

    • To work on a day to day basis with external development teams of a variety of sizes and internal Product Marketing & Publishing teams to create great games;
    • Create clarity for the game team by working collaboratively with stakeholders and content developers to drive requirements and outcomes;
    • Creating and managing production plans, ensuring that the creative vision of the game is maintained during development, as well as overseeing the quality in milestone deliveries;
    • Progress tracking;
    • Making sure the team works as efficiently as possible with processes that support delivery of milestones as well as a healthy work environment.
    • Coaching & supporting of the team;
    • Ensuring good communication and working relationships with all stakeholders, team members and external partners by communicating goals, plans and requirements.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Games Development experience, as a Producer;
    • At least one AA or Big Indie game launched;
    • Team management experience;
    • Experience in project management with a good understanding of planning scheduling, process, tracking and resource allocation;
    • Strong organizational, Verbal and written communication skills;
    • Fluent in spoken and written english;
    • Experience with working with outsourcing partners is considered as an advantage;
    • Sincere interest for the game development industry.

    Your Future role

    The Community Manager will spend their time managing two key areas:

    1. Established Communities
      • Many games have communities that already exist - whether they've already launched or not. Every day we need to talk to - and hear from - those communities. The Community Manager will spend their time being a part of these communities with a goal of building industry-leading community health and making sure our games get the input they need from an informed player base.
      • Social Media channels will receive questions and feedback daily. These channels will be owned by the relevant community manager and their general health and day-to-day operations will be owned by the successful candidate.
      • Input into brand and game development pipelines with insight and expertise as necessary
    2. Upcoming Release Campaigns
      • New games will have extensive marketing campaigns created for them. Alongside the Brand Manager, the Community Manager will ensure those campaigns are executed with aplomb.
        i. Manage asset delivery pipelines
        ii. Manage events - wherever they may be
        iii. Ensure key reports and metrics are captured to enable quick and agile campaign management
      • Run Social Media channels and campaigns that form a part of the overall marketing strategy for games both pre and post launch.
      • Input into retrospective workshops
      • Help conceptualise future campaigns and drive the ever-important community elements into new territories - both for META and the games industry. We want to break new ground!

    Desired Experience and Qualifications

    Experience running Social and Community channels professionally is essential:

    • excellent written English - fluency in other languages a plus;
    • a drive to communicate and a clear understanding of how to translate complicated premisses into easy to digest messages - both to the players, to META and to our developers.
    • an understanding of online UX;
    • austomer forward mindset - you'll be the shield of the player in every conversation;
    • bonus points if that experience is from the games industry
